How Qure Skincare added $91,000+ in monthly organic revenue in a niche most brands can barely rank in
Qure Skincare sells science-backed, at-home skincare devices, and microinfusion systems, competing for search terms owned by dermatology brands and Amazon. Over two years working with GoldenWeb, the store added 18,909 organic visitors and $91,146 in organic revenue every single month, and the brand now ranks #1 for searches its category leaders don't even show up for.
Client Testimonial
“We engaged Ben and his team about two years ago for SEO, and the whole interaction has been seamless. SEO wasn't a natural focus for us — we're a performance marketing company, and it looked like a slower, longer-tail approach than we'd put our own resources toward. So we treated it as an experiment: put some budget behind a company and see if they could add incremental sales. Within six months, they'd tripled the ROI on what we were paying them. Now they're at the forefront of AI search, thinking through an AI-first lens to improve our visibility in LLMs, with ideas about AI shopping I haven't heard anyone else talk about. I love that they keep innovating instead of just doing the standardized backlinks approach.”

The Brand & The Challenge
Clinical-grade results, with zero visibility
At-home skincare devices are one of the hardest categories to rank in: dermatologist-run content sites, legacy beauty publishers, and Amazon's own listings dominate almost every high-value search term, from “red light mask” to “microneedling at home.”
Luckily Qure had science-backed products and results, all of which were never leveraged or positioned properly to show up in Google & AI chatbots. That's where GoldenWeb came in.
The Approach
SEO built around a growing device catalog, not a single hero product
Qure's catalog spans several distinct device categories... Microinfusion, red light therapy, water filtration, each with its own competitive landscape and search intent. A one-size-fits-all SEO plan wouldn't work here, so we did what we've always done. We built a fully custom SEO strategy focused around the highest impact quick-wins.
- 01
One target keyword per page, mapped before optimization begins
Every core product and collection page — microinfusion, red light mask, patches, LED devices got assigned a primary keyword and variant set to eliminate internal competition between pages.
- 02
On-page optimization taken to every mapped page, not just the homepage
Meta titles, H1s, and navigation placement rebuilt around real search demand across the full core catalog.
- 03
Backlink authority built on an unbroken monthly cadence
160 backlinks placed across the engagement with relevant context, on pages with actual traffic. Hint, most linkbuilding nowadays is done on pages with no traffic. The domains might have traffic, but not the individual pages where the link is placed, which is key!
- 04
Dedicated content pipelines for every device category
Separate, structured content plans were built out for microinfusion/derma rollers, red light therapy and neck devices, and hypochlorous acid, plus an AI-focused content track to capture how people are starting to search (competitor alternatives, competitor comparison pages, etc).
- 05
Kept expanding the keyword map as new opportunities surfaced
Net-new keyword targets, like water filtration terms were added mid-engagement as search demand around the product line became clear.
The Results
Two years of a rising organic floor
Organic revenue moves month to month with real seasonality, that was true before this engagement and remains true today. But the underlying trend is a rising floor: the store now generates $91,146 more in organic revenue every month than it did at the start of the engagement. That's more than $1,093,000 a year, at the current run-rate. The strongest single month of the entire partnership, November 2025, generated $939,681 in organic revenue on its own.

The Foundation
Authority built the slow way, because that's the only way it holds
Every link was sourced and placed individually, month after month, for two years straight. And we're not talking just about any links.
We're talking about links placed on high-traffic pages, with contextual relevance, that actually move the needle. That's the ONLY kind of authority Google, and AI chat bots actually cite and trust.
| Keyword | Volume | Before | After | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| microneedling at home | 8,000 | #70 | → | #1 |
| micro infusion | 4,000 | #4 | → | #2 |
| medical-grade red light therapy at home | 1,000 | #86 | → | #16 |
| red light therapy for rosacea | 900 | #30 | → | #1 |
| red light therapy for eye bags | 500 | #75 | → | #1 |

For Skincare & Wellness Device Brands
If dermatology sites and Amazon own your category on Google, that's an SEO strategy problem, not a product problem
We work with a small number of Shopify brands at a time so every account gets this level of attention. If you're selling into a crowded, clinically-scrutinized category and want to see what your own keyword gaps look like, let's talk.
