What types of stores do you redesign for conversion?

We increase the revenue your existing traffic produces. That means auditing your store against how real buyers actually shop, redesigning the pages that matter (home, collection, product, cart, checkout), running experiments to validate what works, and shipping winning variants into production. It's not a design refresh, and it's not "make the buttons bigger." It's the structural work that turns traffic you're already paying for into more orders and higher order value.

When's the right time to bring in a CRO agency?

One of four signals. Your traffic is growing but your conversion rate isn't. Your ad costs are climbing and the post-click math stops working. You're prepping for a high-volume window (BFCM, a launch, a new market) and can't afford a flat site during it. Or you've hit a revenue ceiling the current store architecture can't break through. What tools and tech do you use?

We've built our own AI-driven analysis system that connects into any of your existing data tools (GA4, Shopify, session replay, ad platforms, CRM) and processes them securely. It surfaces deeper, more reliable findings than a human reviewer could pull out in the same time: multi-variable correlations, segment-level behaviour patterns, and revenue leaks that would take a person weeks to find manually.
For test implementation we use Intelligems, which is purpose-built for Shopify and runs experiments without slowing down your site or conflicting with your theme.

How do you work with my internal team?

Our default is full-stack delivery in-house. We handle research, strategy, design, development, and QA, with your team looped in on approvals. That's how most clients work with us, because it means one point of accountability and no handoff friction.
If you already have internal capacity, we can integrate with your existing team. That might be strategy-only engagements where we build the roadmap and your team executes, or strategy-plus-design where we handle research and design and your developers implement. Either way, the work plugs into your existing process without us taking over what your team already does well.

How do you measure success?

Revenue per user is our golden metric. It's the one number that captures whether a change makes your store genuinely more valuable per visitor, rather than trading one lever for another. Alongside it, we track conversion rate and AOV, and for subscription brands, MRR and retention cohorts.
Website-level wins only matter if they translate into real business outcomes, so we also monitor downstream metrics like LTV and profit per customer whenever the data allows. A 15% conversion lift that tanks AOV is a failure. A flat conversion rate with a 20% RPU lift is a win.

What results should I expect?
